Kulvinder, the founder of Expert Facility Services, established his roots in this business when he first immigrated to Canada in 1991. Kulvinder began by working in the field and getting to know how the industry worked. Soon after, Kulvinder opened up his own janitorial business in 2000. From here, Expert Facility Services expanded to building maintenance, strata maintenance which then lead to renovations of residential and commercial spaces.

Today, Kulvinder and his son, Ankush are operating the business together to the highest standard. Currently, Expert Facilities is running numerous contracts and jobs within janitorial, building maintenance and renovations all over the lower mainland. Today, Expert Facility services and holds contracts with many industry leaders which include: Canreal Management, ISS Facility Services, and Emerson Real Estate
