Client Goal
The existing space had an oversized office and a small warehouse, making it difficult for our client to attract tenants. The goal was to demolish the office, expand the warehouse, and create a more appealing, leasable space.
Our Solution
We completed a full office demolition and restructured the warehouse layout. The scope included plumbing, electrical and mechanical upgrades, fire suppression modifications, and construction of two new washrooms. We coordinated multiple consultants and trades to ensure smooth execution.
